Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 10 days of your purchase, if 10 days have passed since your
purchase we would be unable to offer a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Refund Processing Time: If your claim has been found eligible for refund, we shall aim to process the same within 15 working days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send
us an email at [email protected]
providing details and reasons for the exchange requested. We will then provide
you with a ticket number which must be pasted on the parcel before you sent it
back to us..

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel an order  – please send an
email to [email protected] providing us with the order
details (order number, date and / or contents of the order).

If the order has not been shipped we will initiate steps to cancel the same.

Late or missing refunds

• If you have not received a refund yet, we request you
  to  check your bank account once
  again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before
  your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own
  shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a
  refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for
  your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
